For all Video Games we use Royal Mail 24 Signed for, this should be next day however Royal Mail advise that this can take 1-2 Working Days, Royal Mail delivery Monday - Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

For all our Consoles, Video Game Accessories such as Controllers & Merchandise we use DPD Local, this is a Next Day service as standard, DPD Local deliver Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays, a Saturday & Sunday option is available at an extra cost. For all orders dispatched via DPD, if a mobile number is provided we will pass this number on to DPD and you will receive a text with a 1 hour notification window.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day however this is not always possible and we will dispatch all missed orders on the next working day.
