Here at Gamersheek we want to offer full transparency at every stage of your order.
We will change your order statuses for various reasons these statuses are listed below:
Awaiting Dispatch: This means that your item has arrived into our warehouse and we are working on dispatching all orders.
Awaiting Stock: This means that we have received our dispatch notification and are awaiting the stock to arrive into our warehouse, when your order changes to this status, we will process any outstanding payments that are due, we will try to inform all customers that the payment will be processed before processing, however this may not always be possible.
Order Cancelled / Refunded: This means that we have had to cancel your order, this could be due to failed payments, stock errors, or customer request to cancel order.
Order Delayed: This will be due to either a release date change, delays to stock shipping to ourselves, or delays in the warehouse getting picked and packed.
Order Dispatched: This is when your order has been picked, packed and collected by the courier, we always use a fully tracked service for all our shipping, please see the Shipping FAQ's for further details.
