We can match any price in the UK for most* of the products we offer for sale on our website. We pride ourselves on providing the best value for money to our customers, so if you see an identical product** listed elsewhere on a UK-based website, contact us and we will try to beat it.
There's 5 simple points to keep in mind when you contact us about a price match:
1. We'll match our competitor’s UK website price.
2. The competitor’s product must be brand new, identical to ours, and have the delivery and VAT charges included.
3. We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
4. We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
5. We’ll match the price of a product; not delivery charges or other services.
6. For Good Smile Company products, we will only match Official Good Smile Company Partner Shops as listed on the Good Smile Website, these stores are - AnimUK, Animegami, Charming Sushi, Curibo & Middle Realm, as we can 100% verify the origin of their stock.
